Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WTW Cinemas Membership Card (“Membership”) and the benefits associated with it. By using your Membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Membership.
1.2 WTW Cinemas reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, wtwcinemas.co.uk/membership.
Membership Eligibility
2.1 Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By applying for a Membership, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
2.2 Membership is non-transferable and only available to the individual named on the Membership account.
Membership Card
3.1 Your Membership Card is for personal use only and must be presented to access membership benefits at participating WTW Cinemas locations.
3.2 The Membership Card is only valid at the following participating cinemas:
– Lighthouse Cinema @ Newquay
– White River Cinema @ St. Austell
– The Plaza Cinema @ Truro
– The Regal Cinema @ Wadebridge
3.3 WTW-Scott Cinema sites are not covered by this membership scheme. Membership benefits are not valid at these locations.
3.4 The Membership Card remains the property of WTW Cinemas and may be revoked or suspended at any time in accordance with these Terms.
Membership Benefits
4.1 Membership entitles you to certain benefits, which may include discounted tickets, priority booking, exclusive offers, and other promotional benefits. These benefits may vary and are subject to change at the sole discretion of WTW Cinemas.
4.2 The Membership Card entitles you to a maximum of one discounted ticket per performance at participating cinemas listed in Clause 3.2.
4.3 On occasion, WTW Cinemas may play host to screenings held on behalf of a private customer. This may include ticket handling where the customer may choose not to allow a discount for Membership holders. In these instances, no Membership discount on tickets is available. Food & Drink discounts are unaffected.
4.4 Membership benefits are valid only at the participating cinemas listed in Clause 3.2 and may not be redeemable for cash or transferred to third parties.
Membership Fees
5.1 Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5.2 WTW Cinemas reserves the right to change the membership fee at any time. You will be notified of any such change in advance, and any new fees will apply after the next renewal period.
Expiry and Renewal
6.1 Membership is valid for a fixed term as stated when you sign up. Membership will not automatically renew.
6.2 Membership is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
6.3 We will contact you before your Membership expires to notify you that your Membership is coming to an end and provide instructions on how to renew if you wish to continue your benefits.
6.4 You can manage your Membership, update details, or cancel it at any time via your WTW Cinemas account.
Use of Membership
7.1 Membership benefits are subject to availability and may be restricted based on cinema location, screening times, or other factors at WTW Cinemas’ discretion.
7.2 The Membership Card may only be used by the individual whose name appears on the account. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in the suspension or cancellation of your Membership.
Lost or Stolen Cards
8.1 If your Membership Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must notify WTW Cinemas immediately. A replacement card may be issued for a fee.
Cancellation and Termination
9.1 WTW Cinemas may cancel or suspend your Membership at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
9.2 You may cancel your Membership at any time, but no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your Membership.
Data Protection
10.1 By signing up for Membership, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with WTW Cinemas’ Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, WTW Cinemas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Membership, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
