Box office for each cinema opens 30 minutes before the start of the first performance of the day, and closes 20 minutes after the advertised start time of the last performance of the day.

Email and social media enquiries are handled during normal cinema opening hours.

Please note that during busy periods it is not always possible for our Box Office staff to answer the telephones, we ask that you bear with us during these busy periods and please keep trying.

All charity requests need to be made in writing, on headed paper marked FAO the Manager. Requests via Social Media or Email will not be accepted.
